Upstate Pool Management, prior to hiring, requires each employee to go through our rigorous personalized training which includes on-site training for:
- lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR
- filter and pump room maintenance, water chemistry
- professionalism, and cleaning of pool and bathhouse.
Upstate Pool Management provides the following support to all its employees throughout the season to help them be the best they can be:
- Supervisor Support
- Safety Audits
- Retraining as Needed
- In-Service Training
Upstate Pool Management maintains the following insurance coverage:
- Worker's Compensation: Worker's compensation covers any persons engaged in behalf of the company.
- General liability in the amount $2,000,000 aggregate: Excess/Umbrella liability in the amount of $5,000,000 aggregate and $5,000,000 each occurance.
All Lifeguards who work at your pool are:
- Employees of the Company, not Independent Contractors: "Employee" status creates clear chain of responsibility for the operation of your pool.
