Training

Would you like to be a lifeguard for the largest Lifeguard Company in South Carolina?  We offer training in Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid!  This training prepares you for the exciting job of being a lifeguard, and we may even have a job opening for you!  We are always in need of substitute lifeguards as well.

This class is designed for the first year lifeguard or a guard that has let his/her certification expire.  This American Red Cross lifeguard course includes the following certifications. Lifeguard, First Aid, adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR and 2-person CPR. This class is designed to last about 28-30 hours and will consist of both classroom and water time. It is important that you are in excellent physical condition to take this class.

To re-new your CPR certificate, call the office to sign up for one of our many dates.  Classes will not begin until late February 2012.

Lifeguard Review

This class is designed for a  lifeguard who's certification has expired and will need to be re-certified in lifeguard training. In order to take this American Red Cross class you must be a current lifeguard.

LG Review/Challenge- For guards who need to renew current certification. You will need to swim 500 yards, tread water for one minute holding a 10 lb weight.  We will review lifesaving skills and CPR.  Then you will take a test.  BRING A BATHING SUIT!!!
