Upstate Pool Management, prior to hiring, requires each employee to go through our rigorous personalized training which includes:
On-site training for lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR, filter and pump room maintenance, water chemistry, professionalism, and cleaning or pool and bathhouse.
Upstate Pool Management provides the following support to all its employees throughout the season to help them be the best they can be:
Supervisor Support, Safety Audits, Retraining as Needed, In-Service Training
Upstate Pool Management maintains the following insurance coverage:
Worker's Compensation
Worker's compensation covers any persons engaged in behalf of the company.
General liability in the amount $2,000,000 aggregate
Excess/Umbrella liability in the amount of $5,000,000 aggregate and $5,000,000 each occurance.
All Lifeguards who work at your pool are:
Employees of the Company, not Independent Contractors
"Employee" status creates clear chains of responsibility for the operation of your pool.
