I just wanted to let you know that the pool guards at Chartwell Estates in Greer are amazing. All 3 of them do a fantastic job. Chad is always being social to all the guests. Dennis does an amazing job. He is always at the pool early cleaning up. He is always hosing the pool deck off so the children won't burn their feet when they get out. He was also cleaning the tiles in the pool last time I was there! They do a fantastic job. Just wanted to let you know.

We talked to Tim about the chair last week and he had some concern about leaving it out all the time when there is no guard on duty.  He mentioned maybe putting wheels on the back of it so they could roll it into the storage room???  Did you talk to him about that?  I think he said you did that for another pool.  
 
Thanks so much for working so hard this year.  You and Tim have been wonderful to work with.

I had another resident stop me and compliment the guards.  Seems that today kids were catching a soccer ball while jumping off the board.  One got hit in the face and had a bloody nose. Kayla was “ on it and had it under control before the moms could get over there.” Also she was complimented for not letting little ones exit the fence without their mother.  I was told the guys, Austin and Mikael, “had control of the pool.”  The residents were very happy with them stopping horseplay etc. before it went too far.

I know this is expected behavior, but a big thanks from us at the ‘Croft!

Alex,

I meant to send this to you yesterday but got busy.  I have gotten many compliments from members & swim team parents about how great the guard staff is this year!  The swim team folks are especially aware of the hard work required to get the pool deck ready for a meet, and they are telling me this year's staff is doing a fantastic job on Thursday afternoons helping with that.  I just wanted to make sure you are aware that you are appreciated, and pass along our appreciation to the others who have been working hard on Thursday afternoons.

Again, I can't thank you enough for all your support over the past two years.  Many of Providers would have given up on us through this difficult time but you and your staff have worked with us and exceeded all of our expectations !
