Dear Mr. Ball:

I know the temperatures outside are still reading in the 30's, but it dawned on me this week that our 2010 pool season is really just around the corner.  I also realized that I haven't told you recently how grateful we are for the outstanding service provided to Neely Farm through your company.

Last season here at “the farm” was one that challenged your staff on several different levels and, as in the past, they came through with flying colors and kept our residents happy and often blissfully unaware that there were even issues being dealt with.  One prime example is when our main pump motor was on its last legs beginning just before the July 4th weekend.  Rusty nursed it and kept it running until a new one arrived a couple of weeks later.  This could have been disastrous not only because of our higher-than-average attendance at the pool for the holiday, but also because we were hosting our Divisional swim meet a couple of weeks later and had several neighborhoods converging on our facility.  A pump failure would have completely ended the meet, yet not only was the pump replaced without shutting down our pool, we also received numerous compliments on the clarity of our water and overall cleanliness of the facility.

We are looking forward to a terrific season this year and because you have set the bar so high in the past I have total confidence that Paul Adam and his staff will live up to our high expectations for making this one of the best years ever.  Paul remains one of my favorite people to work with and is a positive and professional representative of Upstate Pools.  He is ready and willing to work with me in my role as our neighborhood's “pool queen” and responds to my concerns quickly and with solutions that work.  He has also made sure that we are compliant with all laws and regulations, explaining what we need to do and ensuring that we are able to complete the changes without having to lose valuable pool time.  It is truly because of him and his staff that I have continued to willingly serve as Neely Farm's pool representative on the Board.

Thank you again for providing us with such a terrific group of people to work with and for all they do to make me look good with my neighbors!

The Swimming Pool
